Qe'van, the Bard of Nor
Qe'van was born on #TerokNor, an alternate universe Deep Space Nine. He is the natural son of Sailor Scout Tori, Sailor Nor and Dr. Julian Bashir. Somehow, a full blood, though non-violent tlhIngan resulted. Qe'van was fostered to the vanHo'ten Bard Academy shortly before his birth. (Don't you just hate time travel?) His foster family, *ta'* and *'IH* raised him as their own and taught him the bardly ways. After the tlhIngan Civil War the Bard caste on Qo'noS lost what little political power it had. Qe'van set out alone to find his art amoungst the stars.
